Great way to start the day

Every day when I get in my car the first thing I do is listen to an episode. It never fails to uplift my spirits and make me look forward to the day ahead. The best!!!

Love this podcast!

This podcast has motivated me to want to work on myself and become the best “me” that I can be. Most of the episodes are so relatable to different areas in my life and just really get me thinking about my life. When I have a bad day and I listen to an episode I feel better. I absolutely love this podcast and so happy I found it! Thank you Phil!!

Unassuming bliss

I wanted to write this review and the first word that popped up in my head for the title was unassuming, it sounded negative. I looked up the definition...”modest; unpretentious.” Couldn’t have been more spot on. Phil sounds like the kindest human who throughly enjoys helping others. He doesn’t ask for much, if anything, in return but shows you he’s there for you, and that most importantly, you are not alone. I plan to email Phil in hopes that he will share my thoughts on his podcast one day. I would love to discuss child rearing and the importance of what is needed to raise little humans. I believe Phil will understand and encourage me to keep on my path. For those that are not religious, don’t worry. Phil doesn’t cram it down your throat, he simply shares his beliefs and opens up the dialogue for you to insert your own belief, spiritual or otherwise. I am not a religious person but when he mentions the church, or his god or the sermons led by him or friends, I just look at it as an example and take it for what it is and change it to an understanding that makes sense for me. I’d give this a try, listened to the entire podcast in a week to catch up, now I want more! Thanks Phil!

I was referred to this podcast and I’ve never turned back since the first episode I’ve listened to. My favorite pastime is to go by the river and listen to dozens of episodes. I love the calmness that passes over me during those times. Please keep them coming! You’re changing lives, especially mine.💜

Dare I say....life changing?

I wish there was a 6 star rating for this podcast! I stumbled onto YMH5 late last year, and have listened to it almost every day since. It’s been key in helping me start out my day grounded, centered, and positive, and best of all I have noticed a gradual and lasting change in my thinking, a move towards viewing things in a positive vs negative way instinctively. I cannot recommend this show highly enough for anyone who is looking for a daily dose of positivity, and a helpful mantra to get you through the tough times in your day. Thank you so much for sharing your light with the world, Phil! Keep up the great work!

I Stumble across your podcast. This helps my brain

I’m trying to better my brain talk, and I used to watch a news recap on my phone when I brushed my teeth every morning and night. My mental place wasn’t healthy prior to the news, how the news harmed my perspective on life in general and my motivation to continue towards health was evident in my topics of conversation and how I responded to everything from people or things, small and large. I was reentering meditation and was using YouTube to play meditative music to replace the news, but it wasn’t enough for me. I went to the iTunes podcast and searched for positive motivation and out of all the offerings, this is the one that called to me. I started them in order and this morning I just finished episode 37 on pain. I’ve listened to occasionally them while preparing meals and other chores as well as during my morning and nightly mouth hygiene routines. I find the message on each one is very positive and extremely effective towards helping me unravel some very deep rooted negative self talk. A honorable five star rating from me.

My Best Morning Ritual

I discovered Phil’s Podcast a couple of years ago during my morning bus commute. It had been a game changer for me personally and professionally. His Podcast helped me to reset my mind before I get into the office and also helped to provide valuable perspectives on what’s really matter in my life. It truly is the best morning caffeine for my brain!

Thankful for this podcast

I love that this podcast is short but SO powerful. I use this to start my day everyday now. One of my favorite parts is the affirmation at the end. Very powerful. A must listen. The only thing I would suggest is saying the affirmation slower or giving people a pause in between to repeat it.
