He touched the tines and knife edge!!!
I am a service trainer and am always looking to surpass expectations... however, this set of videos is not a good start for anyone. I expected 'The Art Institutes' to have high quality videos, as I am a graduate of The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, but was shocked by the quality and look of the clips.With that said, I decided to watch the video on table setting, usually a good place to start as the table is the location at which the client will eat. The "instructor" does not follow the 1/3s rule! He touches the tines of the forks and blades of the knives! I scrubbed the video back to see if I was mistaken, but to my horror, I was not. This is improper setting of a table and should be taken down... I am appalled at this 'Trainer' teaching servers poorly.
