Educational, Inspirational, and Encouraging

I love the variety of topics covered in this podcast! I have learned so much, felt encouraged along the way, and just genuinely enjoyed all that Dr Elena and Steph do for this community. This podcast is always uplifting, too. No Mom-shaming or guilt - just truly a wealth of info on so many topics. I have helped my family by keeping up with this podcast. It’s always my first choice to listen to when I have a trip to make or a few quiet minutes to myself. Thank you ladies for all you do to continue to educate us Mamas! @mrslaurenheath

Podcast #119

Thank you for all this information on probiotics. With all the overwhelming information out there on probiotics, this podcast really narrows down on how to properly utilize probiotics. As a nursing mom, this can all be put to great use. @bernadette_marina
