    So enjoyable

I laugh. I cry. I find familiarity and I find news ways of thinking. This podcast makes me feel as though I’m not alone in my thoughts. Thank you for giving me what I never knew I needed but desperately do! I have so much love and gratitude for you all.

    Life changing!

This podcast is incredible. The insight, the deep understanding, the sisterhood and connectedness I feel when listening… thank you Glennon, Amanda, and Abby!! Even episodes where I don’t think I will get much out of (ie. the parenting episode, I am not a parent), I got so much out of, laughed, cried, etc. Epiphanies, realizations, connecting dots…this show is a godsend. Sending you all so much love and keep ‘em coming!

    Love love love

I absolutely adore Glennon and am always inspired by her journey. Ever since a co-worker recommended Love Warrior I couldn’t get enough of Glennon. Untamed changed my life and was very inspirational! This podcast touches so many different subjects and Glennon and Sister do a great job having hard conversations and provide wholesome input and advice for their listeners. They’re also really funny which is a bonus!

    Like it

This podcast is something else, a breath of fresh air in a sea of toxic masculinity. It explores both sides of the patriarchy while bringing tears to my eyes with its honesty. The world needs more of this! Thank you for being here.

    First world, rich girl problems

Seriously inspiring me to write about ANYTHING BUT FIRST WORLD, RICH GIRL PROBLEMS!! Been a fan, and it’s served me for a long time (which is why I gave five stars) until I realized the bravest thing she’s done is give up an eating disorder. Jesus.

    Fills me UP

KittyBA above said it perfectly…You three are just golden….I’m a new listener and as I deeply believe there are no coincidences just times when the universe gently points you in a new direction…am beyond grateful to have found you! And respond like KittyBA did and spread the word…Massive love and hugs to you! I see a strong piece of myself in each of you and it truly fills me up to listen to your podcast, I jumped in around episode 27 and am excited to go way back and start from #1 💗

    Let her rest

In the first 10 minutes of this episode, Abby’s words brought me to tears on my bathroom floor in the most beautiful way. It’s like for the first time in my 38 years, somebody gave me permission to exhale.

    Love this podcast!

I just listened to the episode with Emily Nagowski and wow! This past year and a half, I’ve been thinking something was “wrong with me” because I’ve had zero desire for sex. This show affirmed some of the conclusions I was coming to on my own… I’m stressed with work, experiencing anxiety, etc. which is affecting *everything.* Thank you, thank you for this episode! I’ll be getting to the book immediately. Thank you also for this show’s premise to help women everywhere.

Want to love it, but needs some fine tuning

Love the different topics that are covered. I really wish that it was more centered around Glennon & Abby. I don’t understand why her sister is involved so much and find it to be a bit annoying in the content. Love love Abby and probably find her the most real and interesting….her background, story & experiences.

To all of you, including but not limited to your amazing guests. I’m so amazed by your super high IQ, and just as if not more more importantly, your super duper EQ. I love your topics, most especially hard things. I love your enthusiasm and energy. And I’m so grateful for your courage and compassion to speak up, be a cheetah, and love openly. Don’t stop! ❤️

    I am BRAVE

The Brave episode came at just the correct time. It’s hard to speak up, it’s hard to speak out. But sometimes a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do no matter the repercussions. This episode reinforced “let the chips fall where they may”. When you honor yourself you will always win. No matter the end results. Honor thyself. It’s so much of what I share with friends and to hear it stated back from someone else’s mouth is truly empowering. I needed this podcast and I was talking out loud with it, air high fiving to it and cheering out loud for Abby Wambach 2012 Player of the Year. This one is forwarded to all my friends and it will be played on repeat a few times. Excellent conversation, ladies. Excellent!

I’m Glennon Doyle, author of Untamed – the book that was released at the very start of the pandemic and became a lifeline for millions. I watched in awe from my home while this simple phrase from Untamed – WE CAN DO HARD THINGS – the mantra that saved my life twenty years ago, became a worldwide rally cry. Because we experienced the hardship of the pandemic collectively, many of us finally acknowledged what was true before COVID and will be true after: That life is freaking HARD. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace. On We Can Do Hard Things, my sister Amanda and I will do the only thing I’ve found that has ever made life easier: We will drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard. Each week we will bring our hard to you and we will ask you to bring your hard to us and we will do what we were all meant to do down here: Help each other carry the hard so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, more free and less alone.
