Waldorfy serves to explore and explain Waldorf Education and Anthroposophy. In most episodes, I discuss topics with a Waldorf teacher, or someone with knowledge about anthroposophy, to deliver accurate, simple, interesting, information and explanations. When possible we’ll bring to attention any research or studies surrounding the topics we are exploring. My main aim is to reach parents, perspective parents, and alumni to engage them with the meaning and purpose of Waldorf Education and it’s connection with anthroposophy.

Very informative

I’ve really enjoyed this podcast and am glad to have found it. I currently have my daughter in Waldorf preschool and am spending time learning more about Waldorf education as I decide if I’d like her to stay for primary grades as well. Ashley has a great way of approaching each subject and choosing topics that are relevant to those wanting to learn more. She also has a great voice for listening to on the radio.

Inspiring

Our now-adult children gained immeasurably from Waldorf education. These episodes remind me how.

A much needed resource!

I am so excited about this new podcast and have already shared an episode with my parents who have been curious to learn more about Waldorf. I am a homeschooling mom to a 2 and 5 year old and I haven’t known how to explain Waldorf in a nutshell to them so I am grateful to be able to simply pass along episodes to them! I love that the host went to Waldorf school as a child, as well as her husband! I have often been curious to hear about Waldorf from the perspective of a student. I recommend this podcast to anyone new to Waldorf, like me!

Great resource!

Really nicely put together, clear and easy to follow. Sound is great (kind of a pet peeve of mine and podcasts) and all around a pleasure to listen to. I am an alum of Waldorf and I am learning a lot from Ashley’s thoughtful questions and guests!
