    Same same

Great reporting, but it’s the same stories every day for weeks on end.

10 minutes of Sensationalism, Sentimentality, and Speculation

I’m grateful for news in the morning but I lose interest among the “what do you think will happen today” and “Let’s hear from the victim’s mother” savagery. It’s ok to talk about your bunny slippers in the pre-roll. Real news would be a really nice way to start the day.

    Censorship promotion?

NPR is not in touch with most Americans. The blatant bias is shown routinely here about the Biden families illegal activities for decades in Delaware and across the water. The Hunter biden stories are being censored since Giuliano brought evidence forward. Then this info on hunter’s ILLEGAL activities are frozen from the mainstream media. News blackout to keep Americans from the truths of 40 years of corruption by the entire biden crew in Delaware. I know. I live close by. Canceled NPR podcasts. Nothing but regurgitated far-left propaganda.

    Biased/opinionated

I used to like this podcast... it just started getting more and more opinionated and less about the news. So i quit. There is an npr news station which gives clips through the day which is better.

    In Amazon’s pocket

Bessemer coverage was just abysmal, didn’t bother trying to speak to any workers or even question their sponsor Amazon’s tactics. If you’re reading this you should ask for a donation refund.

    Best news source I know

Not only do they have reporters from hundreds of local stations for in depth analysis of news in the US, they have correspondents in many countries.

Rid the banters and hmmms, please

The increasing number of cringe banters Are totally out of place fore a news show. Noel king (and a few others) fills interviews with rude (to both her guests and listeners) and unnecessary verbal inserts of hmmms, hums, ohhhs, and ahhs. They are unprofessional and sound really dumb, making this podcast painfully to listen to, when she is the host.

    Very biased

Very biased and not objective. If you are going to listen to this, take it with a grain of salt and know that there are two sides to every story. This show has a very liberal agenda which isn’t a bad thing, but I listen to the news for unbiased opinions and true facts.

    Thinly Veiled Propaganda

This show might as well be named Democratic National Radio. Your report on Georgia creating voter suppression yet don’t report how MLB’s all-star game relocation to Colorado has the exact same voter rules. You trash Florida spring breakers but ignore the fact that California’s COVID death per capita in the same. Not objective, biased propaganda

    Horrendously biased towards the Left

It’s extremely concerning how biased this publicly funded news source is. The hosts don’t even try to hide it. Steve Inskeep is NPR’s Brian Stelter.

Pushing agendas because of sponsor funding

You are reporting irresponsible journalism - you are being swayed by your sponsors and your political bias. You should not be pushing anything with trans youth. Kids do not have the mental capacity to decide if they’re the “wrong sex.” Many times, it’s society that is impressioning those ideas upon them. You’re creating and promoting the problem. This will only further destroy the nuclear family, which has huge implications in the health of our society. Please be more responsible.

Banter at the beginning is cringe

I’m a long time listener to up first and love the quick run down of the news, but pleaseee stop with the banter at the beginning. It’s super unnatural, cringe-y, and annoying. My sister and I text each other each morning now saying “ughhhh the intro to up first was even worse this morning”. We listen to other podcasts for fun banter, but this one should just be the news
