OMG!!😍

You are amazing and so inspiring for me! I don’t have social media, but I’ve always wanted it. And now, because of you, I have realized that I DON’T need social media at all! I can be my self around the people and peers that care about me for me, not the social media me. My sister listened in on episode 2 and loved it! We love you so much! I am so glad I found this!!🤗🤗🤗~ Kayla and sister

Thought Provoking and Inspiring!

How I wish I had these as a teen! Being a teen can be so complicated (well honestly, what stage of life isn’t?!), but Mallory does such a wonderful job of helping manage those stressful times and can do it by helping you focus on your own spiritual and mental health. She is a natural!

Simple but great!

Mallory brings great insight to what teens and young female adults face today. Honestly, I feel like if you have a teen you need to listen to this podcast. If you are a teen she has great ideas on self-love and self-care. It’s a simple, quick podcast, but I love it so far.
