My Favorite New Podcast
After my second miscarriage, I started seeing a holistic nutritionist and was put a on a strict no gluten, no dairy, and no added sugar diet in addition to undergoing some serious gut healing. I stumbled upon this podcast about 2 months into my new lifestyle changes, and it’s been the perfect companion to all the health and dietary changes I’ve had to make. Dealing with my grief has been hard as it is, and the fact the scale hasn’t moved yet has been discouraging; I felt like I was giving up so much for little-to-no payoff. This podcast is a great reminder that healing the body takes time and that I am not alone in the changes I’ve made. Michelle and Anne Marie are a joy to listen to, and I learn so much from them in every episode. They’ve inspired me to keep going, make additional lifestyle changes, and encourage me that taking care of myself is super important. To top it off, I now have a better understanding of what my sister in-law is going through as she started AIP last year. Thank you ladies for a wonderful podcast! Given them a listen - you will not be disappointed!
