InSights InSounds

Tremendous range of guests with an insightful & humorous bent. With the same traits that make him an intriguing writer, he is able to pull fluid narratives out of his convos w/ his guests. Only complaint is that they’re way too short!

Eclectic, Thoughtful and Always a Great Listen

Jeff is one of my favorite spots writers/authors and find this weekly podcast a great extension of his writing. I really enjoy the guests are from any all outlets for writing and it is interesting to learn about the varying perspectives people have towards crafting great stories or reporting the news. The commercials for 503 Spots: Kings of the Throwbacks using his kids and other family members are also quite entertaining. Favorite episode is the one the first with Wright Thompson

Great insights

I love the way Jeff pulls the curtain back and lets us in on the writing process with such a variety of guests. I listen to learn, and be entertained. I travel a lot for my newspaper writing job, and playing his podcasts makes the time fly.

Great hang

The format has improved and the varied guest list is entertaining. Even the reads are tolerable. Apple has the episodes out of whack, should look into fixing them
