One of the best trail running podcasts: info & inspiration

Doug Hay does a wonderful job of providing information about all things trail running in an entertaining way. There are great tips and strategies for training and racing. Doug gets a lot of excellent and knowledgable guests who provide guidance and inspiration. Doug’s interview style is upbeat, positive and genuinely interested in learning about and spreading the message of the joy of trail running. This one of the primary podcasts for trail runners.

50k recap

I am tired of listening to all the so called 5 star ultrarunning podcasts. They say a lot but tell you nothing, especially for the beginner. I am 50 yo and doing my first 50k in April. Must say I was pleasantyl surprised when I lsitened to a couple of Trail Talk podcasts. You seem much more down to earth and real like us with jobs and families. Would definetly like more of these longer podcasts. Will keep listening to Trail Talk! Thanks for putting these podcasts out!Dr. Mike Brock
