    Great work!! I’m hooked

I love this podcast!! season 1 totally had me on the edge of my seat and season 2 does not disappoint. Thank you all for investigating and searching for Elaine. It’s so sad/scary/disturbing/heartbreaking. I’m not sure what is the correct word to describe this story, but y’all are freaking awesome for doing this work. Thank you!!

    It was the mom, right?!

I’m totally convinced. What a rare situation for a mom to kill her own daughter. So tragic!

    Unethical, subjective reporting

Unethical reporting of a very tragic event. The host exploits both the victim and suspect’s families under the guise that he is conducting an investigation.

    Well Done!

I have listened to both seasons and was riveted. The host makes you feel like part of the process, especially as he and the PI bounce ideas off of each other. I am looking forward to more seasons! I thought the host did an excellent job.

Too many assumptions; way too much name dropping

I quit listening when the podcaster states something like, “We were swept into this case.” Um, no you weren’t. All four of you inserted yourselves into it.

Really wanted to listen to this

I love true crime that has facts and real investigating. This is just sensationalized, and not about the victim

    Land the Plane

If you are looking for a podcast that repeats itself over and over again then look no further. I was a fan of season 1 but season maybe worse than the remake to Dumb and Dumber. Neil repeats the timeline of the missing person so much that I can repeat it in my sleep. This podcast is no where near a definitive answer. I understand they want to create awareness for missing person but my goodness just wrote an article and same us our time. I have a problem with Neal and his teams mindset during this podcast. They often talk about how great of a person the missing person was without knowing her but they also destroy and slander the mother of the missing person because they “think” she had something to do with it. This is for the team that makes this podcast, you are not detectives and you can be doing more harmful work than good. Don’t waste your time with the podcast that doesn’t have an answer. The same way episode 1 starts is the exact same way it ends lol. They literally accomplished nothing except ruining the mother’s life. Good job!

    An idea

Has anyone asked her neighbors of they have cameras… that could help with seeing if she went back home

    Good show

The host has a habit of making the story about himself, but it’s a good story nevertheless.

    Excellent reporting with a heart

I listen to a ton of true crime podcasts. This one is really well done and unlike some that just tell a good story, this team’s desire to solve a crime and their concern for Elaine Park come through.

    Top 2 crime podcast

Great show, put together well, extremely well. ONLY thing I don’t love…at risk of sounding insensitive: The clips of Elaine’s “raps” are very….. bad (cringey) there I said it. Okay, weight lifted.

Do not listen to season 2!

I wasted my time with it so you don’t have to: they solve/learn literally nothing about the subject’s disappearance or previous assault.

    No ending

Entertaining, but no end. Like watching an exciting movie, and it ends before they reveal the mystery. Just a bunch of speculation, and that’s it……

Its more for entertainment than factual reporting

This podcast seems to be focused on the marketing of the podcast rather than the case itself. Spent little time investigating all options - focused on one person solely based on their narcissistic behavior. Nothing that would actually stand up in court. Very insider. Didn’t give much of a voice to the victim. Disappointing.

    Kind of a mess

I tried about a dozen times to listen yo this but I kept stopping the episodes because in the middle of one missing woman story suddenly there would be a five minute story about another one. After Elaine, Maitrice, Adea, and a woman from the Blackfoot nation were all shoved into a twelve minute space between the first and second episodes I got so confused I gave up. While I like subtitles in my movies I don’t feel like they should be necessary in my podcasts.

Such a sad story, such dedication to find answers

I enjoyed every episode. The dedication from the team is unbelievable, all that they did with their time and resources… I just hope they are ok, it’s crazy to be so involved in something. I believe this case will be solved, just a matter of time. Thank you for shinning a light on this beautiful girl’s life.
