Has potential but...
Love hearing nurse voices, but there are a few things that make me unable to listen to this podcast: 1. Fix your audio! There’s such a difference between speakers!2. Your ads are wayyyyyy too long 3. A bit ingratiating to the guests. We get it, you think they’re awesome, but it’s sometimes embarrassing how gushy you are over the guests.

I seriously love this pod. My one gripe is the differential between the audios of each speaker. It makes it so that I can’t even listen to a full episode at once because it is so irritating 😩

I can’t stop listening to these lovely ladies! They are so well spoken and incredible! Every new episode is such a brand new topic and full of education, laughter, and all the feels! I get so excited every week when my app tells me a new episode has been posted!

I’m hooked to The Womed! I wish more than one episode came out per week. Dani and D are amazing hosts. The podcast is real and relatable. As a fellow nurse, I love the topics discussed and I respect the hosts for wanting to make a difference through this podcast. It’s the perfect podcast break from the usual gossipy ones I follow. Keep the episodes coming!🙌🏼

I love Dani & D! This is exactly the podcast I was needing in my life as someone who is starting nursing school in September! Keep it up ladies, super excited for this.

I am currently pursuing my family nurse practitioner degree. What advice would give on picking the right area/specialty to work in once I graduate? I have not started my practicum hours yet. I currently love working as an operating room RN. Any input from both of you would be appreciated!

So nice to hear intelligent and entertaining convos about my job! I would love to hear you guys talk more about ways regular nurses can get more involved in advocacy for ourselves and patients. Also would love to hear you guys dive in to the current convo that’s circulating about the nurse being convicted in court for making a med error and what this means for nurses going forward as well as safety reporting, etc. Lots to unpack there! Thanks for making this!

Thank you for putting the spotlight on how amazing nurses are! I love that you guys have the perspective of both RN and APRN. I’d love to see you highlight all fields of nursing over time- inpatient, outpatient, rural, urban, school, public health, educators, and all specialties! Keep up the great work ladies, you’re doing our field proud. My (nonexistent) nurses cap is off to you both! ❤️

Podcast is great! Love the stories about your experiences and passion. Only advice—Danielle M’s audio is perfect and the other Danielle’s audio sounds totally off/not great (like she’s far away or on speaker phone?). Also, it would be fun to have guests that were other disciples too! Nurses of course, but as a medical social worker, I’d love to hear you two interact with a social worker and hear about inter professional care/professional relationships.

I wanted to like this podcast— I support all things woman and have my entire life. This still needs some work—organizing topics to take listeners from an overview, to full background, to specifics. You alluded to ‘8 hours, playing cards’ and feeling insulted before you played tge complete Sen remarks or gave some details about the bill. So my impression is that your presentation is scattered, ranty, not well argued. There’s also too much teen girlish giggling and “like, I mean...” conversation patterns for your subject to be taken seriously. Keeep trying. I do love and support nurses and know you have some things to say

I’m loving The WoMed so far! I’ve been following Dani on instagram for awhile now (I think I found her through one of my Figs Scrubs binges) and I’ve loved reading her posts about real issues in nursing and vulnerable thoughts about her own life and career. This podcast feels like a perfect extension of that. I love that it highlights the brilliance, badassery, and immense hearts of women in general, and particularly women in medicine. As a nursing student, it’s helpful to hear two seasoned nurses discuss issues that I’ll inevitably deal with in my career, and I love the passion and love they display for their specialties, their patients, and the field of nursing in general. Can’t wait to hear more!

I am loving this new podcast. It’s so good to see a podcast of real talk from nurses who are in the thick of things and not just about mnemonics and how to succeed in nursing school. So funny and so empowering! Please keep them coming!

Seriously awesome. As a nurse I feel like this is what I’ve been waiting for in a podcast. Women encouraging women and motivating each other to keep crushing it in our field. Can’t wait to hear more!

Excited about what’s to come with your podcast, definitely a topic I have not seen other podcasts tackle. I heard about the origination on Off the Vine and am hopeful it will be a new favorite of mine as I am a female physician assistant. Which, btw, I am hoping you will include PAs more when you mention nurses, NPs, and doctors! We tend to be left out of the conversation often (in my unbiased opinion 😉). Either way I am looking forward to hearing more from you ladies.
