Perfect mix of sarcasm, laughs & more!

These guys will make you laugh, full of perspective and so much cheer. Love the dork-out voices and 10th grade to grad-school-level jostling & jester!Update -I came to this podcast after sulking over a show I and a lot of co-workers (and other people I know) used to love, scratching my head, asking “what happened?” I thought I was alone but then I found LSG’s coverage of the show. I can’t thank these guys enough for all the entertainment they provided and for their great dedication to their craft as podcasters —that led me to their other shows, sad to see this end, but I completely understand. This podcast should live on as long as The Walking Dudd does! Wait! Um, on second thought, way longer than that!

You they even like the show?

I’m not sure why they are doing this podcast. They clearly hate the show. Not sure if I’ll stick with it, but their Science Fiction Movie Podcast is very good.

Ramblings

Don't even bother. I tried to listen to 2 hoping it would get better. Gave up skipping through them and unsubscribed.

Wow! Funny, smart, and bathroom breaks for all

Seriously, listen to this, and get notifications for the live recording. It's a hell of a party. Dean and Matthew go in-depth on each episode, and it's funny as hell. At some point, Matthew will take a break, Dean will play music, and it's a dance party break from all the death and mayhem of Morgan clearing or Negan killing innocents. Then it's back to business. This is at the top of the mountain of podcasts. We'd listen for longer, but Matthew would take even longer breaks, and Dean would need a nap.

This is standout good...

In a sea of Walking Dead podcasts that either take themselves and the show too seriously or worst, have no ideas what they are talking about, these hosts, Dean and Matthew are both entertaining and insightful. This is a great podcast.

Better than the show it reviews!

Featuring the Chosen One and Free Willy, how could it not be good...?

Best Walking Dead Podcast

It really is a shame that this podcast isn't more known. I've listened to a few others and none compare to Matthew & Dean. These guys actually watch the show! They know the characters (even the minor ones), understand the plots, and actually give insight on the show rather than just rambling on. They understand that a show about "zombies" is going to have death, violence, and gore. And they are funny as hell and entertaining! If you're looking for a Walking Dead Podcast to compliment the show- choose this one.

For the Love of TWD

I listen to many podcasts of the show and listened recently to your cast about the mid-season finale. What a breath of fresh air!!! Yes, you may have been drunk and had some questionable language. 😉. But you actually like the show and don't spend the podcast talking about how above it you are! As a result, you actually talked about interesting themes in the show most others missed. I'll definitely be back for the back half. Thanks!

Just get to it already.....!

This is possibly the worst podcast I have ever tried to listen to. If they were as serious about podcasting TWD as they are about their abstract rambling... maybe... just maybe ... they would have a show.On second thought. They wouldn't .Don't bother with this podcast it is a waste of time.

Leave politics out of TWD

Nobody cares about your personal political opinions. There are plenty of political podcasts and if you want to do one you can.

Great show- fix ONE thing

Love the show, listen every week. One thing you all could fix easily is the volume level of the clips and music you play. Your mic's volume and the music volume is so drastically different, especially on my apple headphones. I find myself rushing to turn my volume down when music or a clip is played because it blasts, and then turning it back up to try and hear the voices. That's an easy fix, other than that- I love the show!

My Go-To Podcast for TWD

The #1 reason why I listen to this podcast is because the hosts are not afraid to talk about the comics in relation to the tv show. They also do podcasts that go over the comics. Not boring, easy to follow, and a little comic relief in the mix. I only knew about the tv show and have not read any of the comics, so this podcast has helped me understand and appreciate the difference between the comics and the tv show. Thanks Guys!

How About an Actual Review?

The hosts' complaining constantly is really hard to take. One host states an idea, the other shoots it down. Another idea, another put down of the idea. The disappointment is obvious that the producers of FTWD did not write this show the way the podcast hosts would have written it is plainly obvious. It is about the beginning of the apocolypse set in LA. It is not set in Georgia where one of the hosts used to live = disappointment #1 for the hosts. The actors do not act/react the way the hosts feel they should, disregarding the fact that 99.9% of the current population's first reaction is NOT to shoot that guy in the head = disappointment #2. If you like hearing people sit around & complain instead of adding true insight into the show they supposedly like (why else would you spend an hour a week talking about it if you hate it?), then this is the podcast for you. If you want to hear people analyze, discuss, and actually try to figure out why the actors are telling the story a certain way then go to any of the other podcasts where the hosts try to have an intelligent discussion instead of a B-fest.
