Co-commitment vs. Codependent

Listened to this episode and loved it! A lot of the issues addressed I faced in a prior relationship. We were very similar but were very different in minor ways that we thought we just didn’t live each other, not acknowledging that we were different in some ways and we unaccepting and didn’t acknowledge those as issues. Instead we allowed ourselves to separate enough to lead to a break up. This relationship ended over a year ago but I’m so grateful for it because I learned sooooo much from it. Learned about myself and learned about how to be a better spouse in my next relationship. Listening to this episode helped me realize so much more and brought a new perspective when finding someone I like but facing many of these challenges. Thank you so much for sharing! Love these two

I am 23 years old and after I graduated from college and recovered from a few injuries in 2018, I decided to pursue a career as a professional CrossFit athlete. Soon after I made this commitment, I found the WAG podcast and the insight that Michael and Adee have provided me through their content has been incredibly valuable. I have historically had a problem with pushing myself too far too fast, hurting myself, and taking a step back for every two steps forward and these two have gotten through to me on a number of topics including training, nutrition, and relationships that have allowed me to stay healthy for the longest period of time since before high school and build a life that I am hopeful for. Thank you you two for everything and I look forward to keeping up with you in the future!

Great topics

As a Personal Trainer I am always seeking content I can put in play with clients. This podcast is high on my priority list and find the topics on point with actionable steps. Also they keep it simple enough to have a client listen and not feel overwhelmed with fitness jargon and extreme tips.

Love! Love! Love!

This podcast is honestly my favorite I recently found it through some friends and it is amazing. I love the flow of the episode and the tangible advice that inspire you to make changes in your own life. I love the different topics and the chemistry of Adee and Michael and how they make you feel like you’re their lifelong friends! And I love the length of episodes so you’re not overwhelmed with too much information but it leaves you wanting more! Such a great show for anyone looking to better their lives even just a smidge thank you guys for this!

the WAG podcast is one that i listen to every week! i even have over a handful of episodes saved to re-listen to for refreshers. adee and michael are both so relatable and honest and inspire you to be the same. i love that they have active steps to walk away from the episode with tools to put the plan in place. an awesome way to start the day!

Personal and helpful!

A fantastic podcast that mixes real experiences with research to help give better understanding and tools for you to use across many different subjects. The tone comes across very personal and vulnerable which helps allow you to embrace the stories and guidance. Overall I have been able to take a useful tool from each podcast and have added this to my weekly rotation of personal development podcasts!

Very informative

Great podcast with lots of useful information. I recently listened to the episode about eating while traveling and was able to apply that knowledge when I traveled to San Diego. I wasn't a mess mentally while in SD (which I normally am when I travel) and actually enjoyed eating lots of fish tacos! Thank you both for the help.

These guys are the real deal. They cover so many topics which are all so interesting. I really enjoy their podcast because they don’t talk for hours and hours about random stuff. Their messages are clear and concise with actionable steps in each podcast! I’ve already implemented many things they recommend and it’s been a game changer!
