Inspiring for creatives

I have been thoroughly enjoying going through this podcast. I’ve recently gotten back into photography for the first time I years and am trying to learn and get inspired by others who know what they’re doing. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone!

Matt does a great job of pulling from his subjects and identifying the useful elements of their journey. I find this podcast as a great source of inspiration and encouragement.

One of the best.

There are a lot of photography-related podcasts out there, but I really love Matt’s humble and straightforward approach whether the talk is focused on gear or life.

Not Great

I think Matt Day is a great photographer and his YouTube channel is packed with useful information on all sorts of topics. However, this podcast seems to just lull me to boredom. It feels more like two dudes talking about their lives most of the time and less about photography. I took a break after the first couple of episodes and just tried to pick it back up. I think the show needs more of an overall direction with each episode.

Great Inspiration for any Photog

No matter your skill level or even if you never have or never want to shoot film these conversations with other photographers are inspirational as well as insightful. The only negative I have is that I did not find this podcast sooner!

It's cool, man, but...

Love listening to a podcast about film photography. But there hasn't been much diverse thought or guests so far... and I can take only so many "man's" in one hour (yeah, man; that's cool, man; that's insane, man; awesome, man; i know, man). Hope it grows as it moves along with a diverse pool of guests & a bit more structure to the conversation.
