The Real Weird Sisters are saving my life! (Literally)
I’ve been listening to Alice and Martha for awhile now while I exercise, sit in traffic, or generally do any task that could be deemed unbearable without them. Well this week I was diagnosed with a mild concussion, which means I’ll be just fine except for the fact that I’m not allowed to watch TV, do any kind of work, socialize with others, or do anything fun at all (what a way to spend Halloween am I right?). Luckily I’ve been laying in the dark with my lavender essential oil diffusing pleasantly listening to a rundown of my favorite book series while I drift in and out of sleep. The Real Weird Sisters have kept me entertained without giving me a headache or overstimulating me and for that I will be forever grateful. Also, I model for life drawing classes and often put an air pod in and listen to episodes to help pass the time. Well sometimes I'll be sitting there nude listening while people are drawing and I’ll just full on bust out laughing at something the sisters have said. I’m sure the artists drawing my face don’t find it funny but I definitely do. Anyway, I should probably wrap this up considering I’m not supposed to be looking at screens while my brain heals. Side note: throughout all the traumatic events that have happened in Harry’s life I wonder how many concussions he’s had. I don’t think the word is ever used specifically but he’s must have had a few at the very least between the Quidditch accidents and all of his fighting evil and whatnot. You ladies are stars. Stay weird!Cheers,JennaPS I’m pursuing a career in dance/musical theater and I love it when you do sorting hat episodes for musicals. Have you done the Rocky Horror Picture Show yet? Not sure if that qualifies as family friendly but I’d love to listen to it.
