Last week the U.S. House of Represenatives passed a resolution by 366-30 stating that current U.S. military actions in Yemen are not authorized under current legislation. It highlights the fact that the United States is operating on a Congressional authorization of military force (AUMF) that is almost two decades old. This week we discuss what this means for the United States and the importnace of the U.S. Congress's oversight role in military matters. With CSIS Senior Vice President Kathleen Hicks. Hosted by Colm Quinn.
