Just what I needed to listen to

I just went for a run and listened to your most recent podcast about being a perfectionist as a parent and it was so great. Resonated so much with me and really makes you think about the vibes you are giving off to your children. Keep doing these great podcast interviews they are really wonderful to listen to

Hugely inspiring and educational!

Just a wonderful podcast to accompany on my walks through the urban jungle. I don’t even have children yet but wonderful to find a podcast full of common sense and social morality. Hugely inspiring and educational .... thank you!

Interesting content but...

The content of the podcast is brilliant and Marina is a great interviewer with a soothing voice. My only criticism is that’s it’s all a bit posh with Notting Hill mates as guest. Take post natal depression episode- a wealthy mum who had a maternity nurse for a month... it’s quite difficult to relate... yes, depression, like cancer doesn’t choose but it would have been much more realistic to invite a ‘normal’ mum, perhaps a single mum to get a bit more rounded view. Basically more diversity is what I’m asking for.Keep up the great work otherwise.

Each episode has pearls of wisdom

Despite having teen and pre-teen boys I’ve got something out of every episode I’ve listened to. Thoughtful, thought provoking and always with practical tips, this is a great podcast and one to share with your friends.

Ivf podcast

Finally someone tackles the ins and outs of ivf. Everyone talks about the emotional side of it and how grueling it can be which of course is true. But the mystery around it was addressed in this podcast as to what it entails. I have recently completed a failed round and am about to tackle round two. I have listened to quite a few podcasts on the topic in the past and no one actually explains what it is and what the steps are so you are left imagining it to be worse than it is.Thank you so much ladies for really explaining it, especially Dr. Chiara.

Homework episode

I’m an ex-teacher and now a mum of two boys. This homework episode reminded me that I needed to be more proactive, flexible and creative when approaching the boys homework. I’m off to sharpen some pencils, fill up the glue and glitter pots and stick some times tables on the wall. Thanks a bunch! X

Brilliant

Really engaging and thought provoking podcast. I currently have a 4 year old so although some of the older episodes are not relevant, there are some really interesting topics.

I am normal !

I am a new listener, working my way through the back catalogue of these brilliant podcasts. I have often felt alone in my motherhood adventure but listening to these podcasts I am not! How I feel about my mothering is clearly shared by many others, it’s nice to feel normal. I wish these had been available when my children were a lot smaller but still I can take comfort from them. Marina is a beautiful person with so much empathy and compassion while being very down to earth and realistic.

A pleasure to listen to

Even though not all of the topics are relevant to me it’s a joy to listen to other people’s experiences. I have 3 kids (twins 6 and a 13 month old) and life can be really tough but it’s so nice to know that others are going though similar things. I haven’t listened to all of the podcasts yet but I hope you will address having kids with special needs. My son has CP and the year of the diagnosis was immensely though for me and my family. Great podcast. Thank you
