I listen to one episode every morning before my energized 10 minutes of yoga practice. Then, I'm ready to connect with the world and people. The mindful kind changed my life?

My partner recently broke up with me and it honestly ruined me, we were so close and I felt so lost. That is when I started to listen to the mindful kind podcast and I would listen to podcast after podcast for hours and knowledge everything I was feeling and how to stay mindful and productive while I was dying inside. My life completely changed and my daily routine is so different and I always take time to be mindful. THANKS RACHEL xxxx

Love this podcast!

I am a new listener and have a few to go in listening to them all! But I love this podcast already. My goal is to be mindful as a lifestyle. Working in an Emergency department which sometimes can be stressful, your techniques of mindfulness and meditations have helped me so much in dealing with stressful workload. I'm learning so much from you. I am currently listening to your mini series about setting up goals and also journaling tips; which I've recently started up a journal, and thanks to you, I've dealt with my thoughts and feelings better that I ever have before, and becoming more mindful in my life. Keep it up! Ps. I also recently purchased your book and I can't wait to read it xx

I love your podcast!

Firstly I have to thank you for making these podcasts they are so beautifully presented and have been one of the biggest helps in my life recently! I came across your podcast a few weeks ago and I’ve almost finished listening to all of them. They have enabled me to learn so much about myself and to become more mindful when I’m experiencing stress or anxiety which is something I’ve struggled with for a long time! I was in such a dark, isolated place when I found this podcast. I had just began EMDR therapy for CPTSD at 26 years old and I couldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. I spent most of my life without any memory of being abused. Only when everything was going well for me the walls came down. I was not equipped to cope and often engaged in self destructive behavior and contemplations of suicide. You’re podcasts were the only thing that seemed to quell my panic attacks at the beginning. What you are saying here is always honest, incredibly introspective, and self aware! I had felt that there were no good people in the world for a while. Now, just knowing that you exist and have the same moral quandaries is so important to me. I live in New York and I found myself surrounded by people that would do anything to gain power or money and it’s just not what I want. I enjoy hearing about your country life and you give me hope and courage to do that for myself one day soon! You inspired me to stand up for being good and kind and it has led me to set better boundaries with people I interact with. A few of my friends have recently thanked me even for inspiring them to be better or more thoughtful people!! I have shared this podcast with so many of them, too. Implementing the tips you share to practice mindfulness has greatly improved my life in the past 6 months even. I have bought your book on audible and enjoy listening to it while I practice self care like yoga, cooking or cleaning up around my apartment. I’m so grateful for the work you do and just can’t say that enough. I just really wanted to thank you for saving my life on more than one occasion. Thanks for being you. 💕As a tip, wearing wet, fresh from the laundry silk robes or pajamas makes me grounded. I would have never noticed that, if not for you. Thanks 🙏 😊🌸✨💕

I love Rachael's podcasts, highlight of my week. Very practical tips and strategies.Amazing what breathing and take a few minutes out can do for your stress levels. Still learning

I am very new to the practice of mindfulness, however am really enjoying taking moments during the day to refocus my mind back to me and blur out the monotony of life. I’m a mum of three teenage girls and often forget to take some me time. This has allowed me to do that and also make it a priority. Knowing I don’t need to factor in any time to my daily routines to do so, I can simply do it when ever. This has really inspired me, so much so I had to buy the mindful kind book to go a little further in my journey. Loving it. Thankyou so much.

Helpful Podcast

This podcast has been very helpful to me during my mindfulness journey! It is informative, positive, and clear. Rachael talks about mindset as well as mindfulness, and I enjoy reflecting in the car after I listen to a new episode. They are also a great length; Rachael gives enough advice/tips to think about without being overwhelming. Thanks!
