One of my favorites

I really don’t listen to podcasts much, but somehow I got hooked on this one. The guests are always people that align with my interests, and Jason is great at asking the type of questions I wouldn’t think to ask. mbg’s podcast offers a perspective I haven’t really found elsewhere.And I can tell I actually like it because I still listen to it even when I don’t have a commute anymore!

A must-listen

I've been listening to this podcast since the beginning, and it never fails to deliver. It's refreshing to hear from such a diverse range of experts — you won't agree with every single one, but you'll definitely learn something from every episode and take something that you can apply to your life. Finally I really appreciate that the host and guests never "dumb down" the information. Keep doing what you're doing!

Contributes to Disordered Eating

I used to love this podcast at a time in my life that I was super disordered with food. I loved it because in every episode, they would mention something new to cut out that I would either praise myself for having already cut out, or would consider to further restrict. If you combined the “nutrition” recommendations of every episode, you’d be eating air. Every single persons recommendation is to stop eating x, y, z to solve all your problems. Isn’t wellness more multifaceted then this? Isn’t there more to wellness then restriction? I just wish I could still gain wellness insights without being inundated with foods to restrict in every episode.Update: I have officially unsubscribed as during the coronavirus pandemic they are touting herbs to boost immunity which could actively spread misinformation about a virus we know little about. Tasteless and dangerous.

The supplement pushing is too much

This was one of my favorite podcasts but honestly over the last few weeks when I play the podcast I feel like I’m being pushed so hard on their product it’s basically an infomercial now, so I roll my eyes and just turn it off. I mean, by all means give out the website and reference your supplements in conversation,I get it, it’s a business but it’s so in your face I just can’t get past it anymore. Hey, MBG, we know you sell supplements, why don’t you let us decide for ourselves if we want to buy them, trust me, we know u have them.

This used to be my favorite podcast

I used to love love love the MBG podcast. It was the first podcast I really got hooked on and I have lost count of how many people I have recommended it to over the years. But I am so extremely disappointed with how it has now turned into a means for them to push their own supplements brand. I totally get that it’s a business, but the persistent supplement pushing through what is clearly a targeted timed marketing campaign has been completely disheartening. It now feels like yet another social media fish bait ad campaign 😕

My favorite!

This is my favorite health podcast. What I love is how you can listen to one on paleo, then the next vegan, and they mainly stick to results not ideology! It’s about learning not preaching. We are all different and this is constantly discussed. I appreciate this the most.

Jason is a great interviewer and I really enjoy listening to the episodes with him. However, since his wife started interviewing I’ve been listening less and less to the podcast. She is a terrible interviewer.

My morning dose of wellness

I'm not reviewing a particular podcast, but MBG in general. It has become a staple in my quest for health, fitness and well being. I always have a small notebook to write down information I learnt or new supplements to order, and I just love the variety of topics and speakers. Keep up the good work guys!
