Take a listen

Providing value and understanding by having conversations with people doing meaningful work with different perspectives on what that means for them. I especially love the Michelle Ward episode!

Amazing

This podcast has been so eye-opening. To realize that others feel the same way I do—stuck, lost, unsure of where to turn next—is incredible. The guests are so great as well; I just listened to the episode with Laura Simms, and I feel so understood. I’m so thankful for this podcast, as it has given me hope for my future. Couldn’t recommend more!

Courageous and Honest

I’ve listened to 5 interviews and I am hooked. Each interview is packed with powerful stories and inspiring insight on living and working with purpose. I especially appreciate the elements of struggle and uncertainty as a common thread along the path to shaping a meaningful career and finding fulfilling work. I feel that I am on the cusp of a career pivot, and while I’m not sure what that pivot is just yet, listening to this podcast is fueling my courage, my trust in my own intuition, and my desire to stay present and eyes open to the possibilities.

courage to let go

Dan Cumberland's podcast blends intelligent discussion with his own deep passion for this "movement": a movement about creating meaning in our lives and our work. In my case this has (so far) involved letting go of a "good" job I no longer enjoyed. The series of episodes about fear were especially helpful.

A breath of fresh air

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dan early on in his process of figuring out his own work. And I’ve been so thankful for those conversations. This podcast gives me the opportunity to reflect on where my life is going and connect with other like-minded souls to hear their inspiring journeys. I love this podcast because it’s real people living real lives that simply want to make the most of their time and space on Earth. It’s something that the entire world needs to be stirred up to hear! We all need to live in our sweet spots.

insightful & helpful

I really appreciate Dan's ability to blend the micro-scale/detail oriented/pragmatic side of conversations about what work we should do, with the macro/big picture/deep questions of why we should do it. He has this ability to have the mundane/nitty gritty just nestled right up next to the profound, which is impressive.Dan's a great interviewer and he lets his guests shine. And, not unimportantly, Dan has great diction, which, really, is a podcast must.

Great insight from a great man!

Dan's vulnerability and insight are refreshing. I've enjoyed his selection of guests and the way he pushes people to challenge the way we think things have to be and rather pursue the best and most meaningful path we could take. It's worth your time!
