The NDP government has announced it will start running red-light cameras 24/7 at 35-high risk intersections this summer to ticket speeders.

Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth says it is one way to change the behaviour of bad drivers who cause carnage on our roads But he says it's not the infamous photo-radar the NDP brought in during the 1990's.

Is this going to keep us safer, or is it a cash grab?

GUEST: Mike Morris, Critic for Public Safety and Solicitor General/MLA Prince George-Mackenzie
