Learning to listen.

I usually listen to react/respond. For this I’m enjoying practicing sitting and listening. Besides that, I get gifted golden nuggets of *aha Moments!* everywhere!. Gracias totales.

Extraordinary

Just finished episode 6 about language. Insightful and engaging hour. I left the podcast feeling empowered to examine the ways I use language and moreover with some new tools to further my exploration. Peace and much love - Cheryl, NJ

Great show!

So much great insight into brand building, my biggest take aways we’re being authentic to myself, staying humble, and always remaining a student. I feel so lucky to have this at the very start of my journey. Can’t wait until next week guys!!!

Novel and bold

Awesome start with a dive into human psyche of movement and bodywork gender roles in our current times. Very insightful and bold in delivery, though first episode could have been split into several separate shorter and in depth podcasts in terms of topics discussed. Lots of knowledge in one hour.Would like to hear more regarding personal transformation and growth topics in the near future. Can't wait for the next one!
