    Wonderfully Entertaining

I appreciate so many things about this podcast and the larger network encompassing it. The story elements are top-tier. The production quality is superb. The improvisational elements are always entertaining. I even appreciate when they stop the combat to get into a discussion about the rules or mechanics of what they’re trying to do/how it maybe should be done. I’m a novice pathfinder player, even after 326 episodes of this game and countless more episodes of their other shows, so hearing the breakdown is nice. It reminds me that not every player is infallible. I hope this network continues to thrive. I know I will continue to support it!

    By far the best pod

This podcast is AMAZING! I got into dnd and pathfinder when I met my now husband and I actually made fun of him for being a nerd. Then I gave it a go to do something he liked and it was alright but over the years I’ve definitely gotten more into it. He told me about this podcast and I’ve been OBSESSED since! I listen while cleaning and even just laying in bed and I have busted out laughing more times than I can count ❤️

Best actual play podcast by far

I read through a bunch of reviews, and some people had complained about rules arguing, banter, or combats being too frequent and interrupting the RP. This is an actual play, and when you play pathfinder, the extensive mechanics of the game and combats are a big part of what makes it fun. If you’re looking for a story where you have no idea what is going on in the meta game and the players forget they’re playing a game and never step out of character, then I recommend reading a book.

    This podcast is amazing!!

This is the second tabletop podcast I have listened to, the first being critical role. While both are so different, I have LOVED listening to the GCP!! The guys are so entertaining and the story is so enveloping. This is a great first time podcast and is incredible to binge (which I’m doing currently). Excited to go to my first live show in august!

    So great!

I have listened to a lot of tabletop RPG podcasts, and this one is easily the best I have come across. It has it all—superb production quality, masterful story crafting, hilarious improv, emotionally moving narration… everything you want from an actual play podcast! Also, definitely check out the group’s other content as well. It’s easy enough to find with a quick internet search, and it has more of the same greatness.

    Kept me going

Everyone had a real rough last few years and mine was real rough, too. The humor and friendship and community of the GCP crew was the only thing that kept me out of bed to get through the day. Do yourself a flavor and listen to all 326 episodes, then stick around for Glass Cannon Live.

It really is. I’ve been here since the start and this is it. Subscribe to everything they put out. Pay for the patreon cause it’s worth it too. Whatever they do I’m in.

    For the uninitiated

This show is a gut buster for everyone. Except children…. I’ve had minimal experience playing DnD as an adult (and never as a child) and I’m obsessed with this podcast. I’ve listened to 35+ episodes in less than two weeks with no sign of stopping. Each time I think I need to pause to look something up Skid or one of the crew comes in with the perfect explanation.

    7-year witch

Halfway through the finale, what an achievement this show is. This epic saga is the yardstick every other actual play show has to be measured against. Congratulations Troy and Joe and Grant and Skid and Matthew! You’ve been Raising the bar for 326 episodes. I hope the next 7 years are even better than the last 7. Thanks for all of it.

    Covid Companion

I started tabletop gaming for the first time about 2 years ago. Our GM suggested I listen to GC, and I listened to about 1 episode a week. I was just diagnosed with Covid and have been in quarantine and I’ve been listening non-stop. Grateful for this back catalogue.

    Unbelievable

I thought The Adventure Zone was the pinnacle of tabletop dramedy. I was wrong. Glass Cannon has ripped me into a new, intense fandom that I am lucky enough to have stumbled into. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks for the laughs and nervous sweating.

    Best Podcast Ever

I listen to a lot of content, and never had I listened to something so long with a sustained level of enjoyment. I’m on episode 175 and have absolutely loved every episode. I blame big tech for not showing this too me earlier!! Honestly though, these guys humor, gameplay, realism, and just pure dedication to fun deservedly earns Troy’s slogan “We’re having fun”. Thank you GCP!
