I just started to listen to podcasts in general and Danye’s is great knowledgeable content. I just listened to hers on the snacking better and it’s great! I have been trying to get my snacking on track because that’s where I can fall a bit off the wagon. So this gave me a whole new aspect on it! I’ve been really trying to get back into running and eating better, so when I find a program that can be realistic about life and eating better I want to know more about it. Thanks for these tips and definitely listening more and going to get your book!
