Sometimes very old school way of thinking

Helpful... but a bit sexist and body shame-y. The episode when he talks to the woman who lost a lot of weight... he talks to her so offensively. He recommends losing weight a lot... I think maybe he should suggest healthy habits instead. Telling women to be “good looking” ect is so 80’s. It feels very shallow. He needs to educate himself on the correct way to suggest to women to take good care of themselves to boost their confidence after a breakup. His words are super offensive and dated at times.

Amazing🙌🏽

So I have been harassing my ex for 2 months. I wish I had found this before!! I deft did everything I shouldn’t. This has helped me see I’m not alone. None of my friends or family understand how I feel. It also gives me hope and helps my anxiety from the unknown.

Helpful to all

I found much therapy listening to this podcast. For starters, this is an easy listen and for someone who is particular when listening to podcasts, I enjoy having this as background noise and to really focus on. After going through a recent breakup, this has helped me understand and make sense of it all. Whether or not I choose to peruse in getting my ex back, it has definitely given me great advice and confidence. I also love listening because it’s a comforting way to not feel like I’m the only one going through this. I also found it helpful to understand relationships whether it’s with a significant other or even just a friend or acquaintance. This podcast puts my mind at ease and has become one of my favorite pastimes!

Empowering, Insightful Interviews

Chris’s information is always good to hear, but the thing I love most about this podcast are his interviews with other experts. They aren’t all experts on “getting exes back,” but each brings a brilliant layer of thought to the struggle those of us listening to this podcast are going through. I’ve seriously listened to many of them several times to make sure I retain all of the wonderful insights. So empowering! I highly recommend, and hope that Chris keeps bringing this kind of content!

Not intended to be a mean review here :)

Listened to ur episode on the unresponsive ex. You seem like a really cool guy who knows a lot and i really respect that. It just felt like you had one tip and then spent the majority of the podcast time talking about ur own interests of space/universe, which is cool but felt quite tangenty and off topic. When stripped of all the personal anecdotes, the listener is really left with just the one tip of “bring up topics that interest ur ex.” I felt listless and depleted after hearing that (especially since it was the only tip u gave really) as I feel that most girls (at least for me) ONLY bring up topics that revolve around the ex’s interests. I’m convinced that just bringing up things he likes is not enough. How does one keep an already distant and suspicious ex engaged in texting AFTER bringing up topics he likes so that one can segue into a phone call or suggest a meet up without it feeling premature or desperate? I hope you find this constructive and not snobbish. I really am happy to change this review anytime for you! Just let me know if you got an answer for this! Best wishes!

Love this podcast

I’ve listen to a lot of podcast...I’ve watched a ton of YouTube videos on the subject from different people and personally Chris is my favorite. I think it’s because he doesn’t seem to “pitchy” and more relaxed and laid back. I plan on eventually buying the plan he has!

Destructive to women

If he is an “ex” why are women encouraged to try and get their ex back?! Your pod cast speaks nothing of empowering women! If a guy breaks up with me or I with him there is no way I will regress back into that relationship!

The best, practical advice out there.! I’m tired of hearing the usual “He’s not that into you, move on...” advice., maybe just maybe he IS into you but has other issues like uncertainty going on.. People are just much more complex than that and this Podcast helps ferret out various scenarios while also providing support for “moving on without really moving on” .
