Yes Chloe is super fit, yes she is super strong and yes she has the training. But I think what makes following her and listening to these podcasts uplifting rather than undermining is how supportive she is for everyone. She doesn’t expect everyone to suddenly start squatting 60kg five times a week (but go for it if you want to!) Chloe’s message is simple - could you eat a few less calories and move a bit more than you used? How does that make you feel? Good? Well keep going! But her simple message is backed up with evidence and experience.I feel PHENOMONAL since doing the FLB last May, the new book and these podcasts just add to my determination and knowledge.

I’ve been listening to your podcasts from the start and have enjoyed them all. This weeks, I’ve just listened to whilst out for a run. I’m not stupid, I know the calories deficit and what foods I should be eating etc but what Phil said really struck a cord. I felt I was failing now I know I need to find my way of doing it consistently. Slowly slowly catchy monkey! All those 1lbs will add up. Thank you for all information and amazing guest. Cannot get enough of this podcast. It’s so informative an really easy listening. I feel I’m learning loads from Chloe and her plethora of guests. Genuinely gutted to have caught up coz I hate having to wait for the next episode!

I don’t always love fitness podcasts because they always make me feel guilty that I’m not doing enough or I am not enough. BUT... I’ve absolutely loved this. It’s shown me that you can love fitness and exercising for your own reasons and there’s no need to stress your body out so much to fit the instagram ideal.
I’m not usually one to listen to podcasts but having followed Chloe Madeley on social media and bought the fat loss blitz I decided to give the bodcast a listen. Really enjoying it so far and very motivational. I would be keen to hear more detail on nutrition as this is something I do struggle with.Keen to hear a lot more!
