Welcome to our podcast The Art of Joy. We hope that this little piece of real estate will become a soft place to land. To us, the Art of Joy is recognizing that we are individual masterpieces, and every trial that we are asked to endure is just another layer of chipping away the old so that we can move closer to our superpowers and the genius that we were all born to discover.

The art of two beautiful souls

This podcast has always been such a “happy place” for me to listen too. Through this national pandemic this podcast has hit so strongly for me. I personally have been feeling so many emotions through it all, and I’m grateful for this podcast to touch base on all those emotions that we are all feeling. I LOVE listening to re-runs of there show, and I would encourage anyone to listen too. I love these two women who are so vulnerable, strong whiled, positive, and so many more attributes. They both hit on topics that are typically hard for us to touch base on, or how to explain of emotion. Thank you Ashlee and Trēsa for creating such beautiful content and for putting yourself out there for women to have something to hold on too.

Beautiful Podcast

I love this podcast-Ashlee & Teresa discuss complex & profound issues so beautifully & eloquently. I love that they talk so openly about their experiences with different aspects of life with such honesty-it makes it so easy to connect with their stories. They make you feel like they are talking directly with you. I’ve felt such deep connections with their stories and it’s allowed me to have deeper insights into my own experiences. Couldn’t recommend this more!

Thanks for sharing!

I always enjoy this podcast but the two most recent have been especially helpful. I left the LDS church quite a while ago as well. I thought I was the only wife and mother who had ever been the one to leave first. But I also just didn’t fit in. I could never say “I know this church is true.” It’s hard to be true to yourself when everyone around you sees things differently and doesn’t understand but it got to the point that the pain of trying to be something I was not hurt even worse. This is a great podcast - I appreciate your courage to share your journey!

No judgement

I love this podcast because they talk with people from all walks of life and you can tell they have nothing but love for them! Growing up in a very religious atmosphere, it seems that people always take a side one way or the other, but I love their outlook of acceptance for each person.

A Journey Through Grief-the second year

Ashlee and Tresa are such a powerful team who deliver an honest look at coping with grief, loss, and death. They speak about the wide array of emotions that has come to their family and let the listeners know it is totally normal to experience each one of those emotions. I am comforted by hearing the peace in their voices and it has reassured me that I am going to be able to overcome the pain and grief in my own life. Thank you both so very much! I so look forward to your podcasts.
