I absolutely love this podcast! I’ve had so much fun reading Little Fires Everywhere and now Normal People, and then watching the shows and listening to the podcast. The commentary is smart and insightful. I just really enjoy each episode. Thanks so much for giving me this fun distraction during quarantine times!
If you read Little Fires Everywhere and watched the Hulu adaptation you will love this podcast! I find it hilarious and love all aspects of the show including the interview with the author that they play throughout the season, the guests that they have, and the points they make related to the differences between the book and the adaptation without knocking it just for being different. Highly recommend!
I love listening to this show after watching Little Fires Everywhere each week. It’s so much fun to listen to these ladies rehash each episode, and it helps me notice, pay attention to and think about aspects of an episode that I may not have. Love it!
In the terrible time of Coronavirus and social distancing, I’ve been waiting for the LITTLE FIRES EVERYWHERE adaptation to drop from Hulu and it finally did! This podcast is the perfect recap podcast, going in depth on the themes laid out in each episode. The hosts have a fun banter and the guests are great—I love Taylor Jenkins Reid and the Bad on Paper podcast gals! And it’s really fun that the LITTLE FIRES EVERYWHERE author Celeste Ng pops in on every episode to provide context and background about the adaptation of her novel. This pod is a really bright spot in a tough time. It feels like a conversation with book and pop culture obsessed friends during a time when I wish I could be face to face with my own.
