Lovely Podcast
This such a great podcast! As a wannabe homesteader I love the material, but my favorite part of the podcast is the host, Sara. She is so down to earth and seems like the kind of person you could easily sit down and chat with over a cup of tea.

Nourishes the herbalist heart
I love this podcast!! It is such a great resource and so inspiring. I often listen while I am working in my garden and it’s like having a conversation with a friend. I also really appreciate that Sara addresses social justice issues and is antiracist. I only wish it came out more often!

From One Herbal Homestead to My Eager Ears
I struggle with loving the same podcasts my partner does being he’s practical, logical and a creature of habit, I am the opposite wild, unpredictable and creative flying by the seat of my pants each day. This podcast touches on my current personal journey diving into herbal schooling online b/c I moved to a community where in-person classes is nonexistent and even organic farming is scarce. We’re here on a mission for my partners P.T. doc. Program, but I am here as a supporter and lover. My path is only beginning, and in honor of myself I promised to continue my beloved and founded passion for plants. My story is similar to hers, and one day I would love to be telling a similar tail to aid others on their journey. As for now I LOVE the earthy, education I receive listening to this podcast while I dig my hands deep de-weeding, transplanting and package orders of the organic herb farm I have been rewarded to learn on and work on from this season to October. It’s a great background story to hear hers, and compare to the experience before me. Thank you for your wisdom plant sister, so glad to have found this beautiful podcast. I too am a chestnut student and look forward to exploring my journey further with your advice, suggestions, and more!

This podcast is so close to the earth, literally and metaphorically. It is accessible and inviting and vast. Almost any listener could find themself caught up in these interesting and practical topics. So thankful for this source of wisdom!

One of my favorite podcasts!
I found this podcast by chance only a few episodes after it started and soon learned that Sara is just far enough ahead of me in several of the same goals to be an immense wealth of knowledge in both herbalism, gardening/farming, and homesteading. I love the work she’s doing (and with such fierce focus!) and the podcast lets me be a part of that journey. Plus, the casual and friendly approach she takes makes me feel inspired and confident in my own journey. I look forward to new episodes and recommend the podcast to anyone who wants a real loo I to the day-to-day of someone walking the plant path.

Makes me want to go plant things!
I'm just a newbie when it comes to growing food, but this show has me inspired to go revive my neglected garden box. Love the show. Great voice, great pace, I'm learning, and I get to fantasize about moving out to the country again. Love all the personal stories you tell! Solid podcast.
