So relatable!

Diagnosed in my 30s, this podcast has really helped me comprehend how ADHD influences me and some things I can do about it. Things I’ve experienced make more sense now. I love the encouragement to be kind and keep learning and improving. Thanks Pete and Nikki!

Practical, Empowering & Fun

As a recently diagnosed adult with ADHD, I have found this podcast invaluable in helping me learn new strategies (but not too many at once!) to help me accomodate my unique daily "functioning." Through listening, I have also begun to accept my neuro-diverse brain and understand that it may cause me frustration, but it should never cause me shame. The episodes are just the right length, full of practical nuggets of information that can be implemented in daily life for positive improvement, and the hosts have a fun banter and compassionate perspective that has made me feel less alone in the some what tumultuous journey of ADHD. Thank you Nikki & Pete!

Learning experience!

I’ve had ADHD since I was a little kid. It runs on my dads side of the family. I’m almost 30 and I am always trying to evolve into a more productive “adhd-er” if you will. This podcast made me realize things about myself that I didn’t even know until they pointed out the other traits/struggles of people with adhd that just aren’t discussed much. They made me realize that yes, I might be walking in a zig-zag pattern in life, but as long as the goals are being met and I’m maintaining that determination to stay focused and efficient, I’ll be okay. I realized that being hyperfocused is a thing and Lordy, I have that and it’s madness! They discuss overstimulation too and I thought that was a sign of anxiety, but it turns out to be the adhd doing its little dance in my brain. It’s a very empowering podcast and I highly recommend it to everyone!
