Wow. Just wow.

A podcast has never brought tears to my eyes like this one did on my way into work this morning. When I first met Lauren when she came to be the groomer at the animal hospital I knew she was fierce, bold, confident. The way her ex sent flowers to her at work seemed enviable, and just as she talks about in the podcast, you never know what’s going on in someone’s life behind closed doors, especially with someone so outgoing and strong as Lauren is wherever she goes. But the way she has survived and grown through adversity and the emotional and physical suffering, the way she emulates empowerment to all groups and fights for what she believes in is admirable and I hope that she is able to touch so many lives and help others share their stories and feel empowered like she has done with her own and continues to do through this platform and on social media. You amaze me, Lauren!

Just to clarify

The one star review made by “Laurenvioletmarie” is actually her ex that was accidentally signed into her account. Just goes to show how petty and stupid abusers and manipulators can be.... Keep shedding light on these issues Peach and let him continue to dig his own grave!!

POWERFUL

The fact that Lauren’s ex husband literally used HER name to write a negative review on her podcast pretty much confirms everything she’s been saying. Attacking her podcast and using her name to do it is him grasping at ways to attempt to control her when he has no other ways left to do so. The time for the victims/survivors to stay quiet is over, and every time Lauren makes a new podcast it’s giving the survivors a voice and shining light on the abusers who thought they could manipulate and abuse their victims in the shadows forever.

Delightful

If you consider women with daddy issues, using their being female as an excuse to pretend to be the victim of everything, exaggerated oppression, and screeching complaints similar to that of nails on a chalk board - if this all sounds great to you, look no further, you’re home! This podcast would be your go-to and fulfill all of your fecal matter via the mouth directly to you on a semi-regular, nonsense schedule!! :)

Empowering

From this very first episode it is clear that this project, led by a survivor of domestic violence, will be a guiding light out of the darkness for those trying to find their way out of abusive relationships, and a way to empower other survivors to pick up the pieces and stand again without being afraid. This will change, and save, lives.

Love this podcast!

Peaches has a great way of speaking with the people she interviews. She has a good public speaking voice and her honesty is refreshing. I’m so glad there is a podcast that speaks about abuse and give survivors an outlet to tell their story. This is so therapeutic!
