I CAN RELATE!!!

A year ago I slipped into a coma. T1D - low blood sugars, I am rebuilding. Work was, maybe is, overwhelming, family was overwhelming, life was overwhelming. I was a broken, depressed, sinking man. I am building stairs out of the whole. I have committed to treating myself the way I treat others. I am a very loving, service oriented, caring person.I have felt that hopelessness. I have heard the saying, “every day in every way I am getting better and better.” I really like it. It reminds me of Think and Grow Rich. Clarity of what we treasure the most.Desire+Will Power+Persistence = Accomplishing GoalsThe journey the last year has been hard. I am really enjoying your first podcast. Thank you for sharing.

WISH I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS

I’m always looking for a good podcast and have a few I listen to quite regularly....then I found Natalie Norton! I can’t say enough good about this podcast! I look forward to each issue and the knowledge/insight she will share. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking for positivity in their life! She’s so real and I love that! I feel like we’ve been friends for years! Start at the first episode and get to know her and her family and their life’s story, you won’t regret it! Added- I end up in tears most episodes because it hits me so close to home. Natalie is the real deal. She says it how it is and not just what she thinks you want to hear.

Straight to the heart

I found you through your appearance on the Cultivate a Good Life podcast. I’ve listened to two episodes now. Your first one and the ‘bonus’ one. OMG! Though certainly not the same as your loss that you talk about in the bonus episode, I lost my Dad in October 2017; rather unexpectedly. It was the month from hell and the universe ripped the carpet out from under me. I was with him his whole last day (and really the two previous days; only going home to sleep). After the end, standing in the room, at the foot of his bed, I didn’t know what to do. Leaving my Dad, when it was over, and leaving that hospital, leaving him behind; was (to date) the hardest thing I’ve done. Then having to call the funeral home to begin the next phase of this nightmare was so painful. You speak to me, to my heart. Keep on, keeping on. ❤️

My BFF for a healthier mind

I love that Natalie touches on such a wide variety of subjects in a very understable, smooth and articulate, but most importantly genuine and unapologetic way. She’s so good at working you through a thought process to an ‘aha’ moment without judgement or guilt. Just a BFF inspiring growth and positive vibes. I love you woman. Thanks for your truly kind, inspiring, & helpful words every day😊❤️

STOP

stop. don’t look any further. this is what you’re searching for. i listen to a lot of podcasts...a lot. genres from true crime to self help, business strategies to spirituality, and this right here; The Show Up Podcast with Natalie Norton will reign number one as long as she continues to pump them out. she’s got 16 (?) episodes now, i think, but I haven’t made it past the first five. i listen and immediately relisten. then, listen again several more times taking notes or soaking it all in. im not lying...each episode is truth bomb left, truth bomb right, mic drop, revellllation! so, stop, take a listen. you’ll be glad you did.

Boundaries

Gosh you boundary series is just what I needed to hear. I’ve just started counseling and boundaries are what we’ve been focusing on. I’ve struggled so much wanting to be loving and kind to others, to be respectful. But I’m learning at what cost. You were saying the exact things my counselor was saying to me, exact words. Truth I need to hear to walk this hard road to implement boundaries so I can show up as my best self for those I care about. I want to be true to who I am, who God made me to be and I feel like I’ve been acting for someone else. I’m finding value in listening to myself and my values. Thank you for your words of truth and encouragement.

Mind blowing and perfect timing!

I was listening to the episode with Cliff Prang in my car and when Natalie read the quote, "if your purpose is bigger than your pain, you can follow through." I literally said out loud, "Okay, whoa!" And paused the episode so I could sit on that for a minute. I have been stressed about a decision I've made to teach a class and worrying about being able to how I fulfill that obligation because of dealing with adrenal fatigue, but KNOWING that I'm supposed to be teaching this class. Deep down knowing. And then I heard these words and the light went on. I have been repeating that phrase to myself for the past several hours and knowing and feeling the truth of them. I'm still nervous about the class. But I KNOW that my purpose IS bigger than my pain and I can do it. Oh my goodness, bless you and thank you so much for this!💕
