Taylor really delivers in this podcast. Each and every episode delivers some wonderful take-aways that have really, truly left me feeling empowered. She’s down to earth and real which makes her 100% relatable. Her topics of choice really resonate with me as a woman and I am just learning so much; and even better, it’s really caused me to think about and evaluate my own behaviors and mind set, and move toward changes that will definitely be more positive for me and lead me to a happier way of living, without all the constraints of societal expectations and nutritional dogmas. Thank you, Taylor!!Also, props on episode 81. That hit a chord for me. Truly. It made me realize that I can want to change my body without feeling guilty, because I can acknowledge what diet culture is and fully acknowledge that I do tie weight loss to certain feelings of happiness and confidence which likely won’t happen just because of that weight loss, but I’m still ok wanting it. No guilt. It’s about me and keeping true to myself and not falling victim to pressures of diet culture or anti-diet mentality. TAYLOR, YOU’RE A ROCKSTAR!!
