A conversation between friends

I love these ladies - whenever I listen it sounds just like conversations I have with my friends. A great podcast for those in the beginning of their sobriety. So relatable for women in their twenties and thirties!

So happy I found you both

I have been trying to get sober for a few years now and always relapse. I am on day one again and determined to live a sober life and drug free life. I have been drug free for almost a year now but the alcohol is my true demon. I am so happy I found this podcast - I smile and love how much I can relate to both of your stories. Everyone I know drinks and my closest friends (we always get drunk together). I am thankful for people like you to share their story and inspire others ❤️

THE BEST EVER

This is the best podcast for sober/sober curious people! Jess and Kate are so funny and I find myself laughing along with them. They are relatable and talk about things that as a 26 year old living in NYC I find so relatable and relevant. Grateful to have found this podcast!

Seltzer Squad Goals

Kate and Jess are relatable, and real. I’ve listened to the whole catalog twice and appreciate their experiences, support, and hope more each time. They help me, they might help you, give them a try if you’re looking for sober related support. Peace.

Pure gold

I found this right after I took the leap into sobriety. It definitely gave me a big boost and confidence to keep fighting. These girls are hilarious and real. Totally my friends in my head. Lol . Seltzer Squad is not like other podcast I’ve listened too. They don’t talk about their past drinking like reminiscing about it like I’ve heard other people on other podcast do. They talk about the past with a purpose to tell a story or show a point. That makes it easier to listen. Doesn’t make me miss it. Also the fact that they are young as well make it so easy to relate.

Love the pod on the lighter side

Just started listening and i really appreciate that they keep it light and brief while still tackling all the serious issues. But I already sped to ep 25 and dont feel heavy or emotionally spent, i appreciate that because that what will keep me wanting to return to the pod. Its really like talking with your girlfriends who’ve been there and done that and now can have a dialogue without the burden of psychoanalysing every detail. Thank you ladies, doing the Lord’s work with this pod (:

The best part of my Saturday morning.

Feels like listening to two friends. Love the lack of shame, because we don’t freaking need it. Keep recording and I’ll def keep listening.
