Not to take over or anything but I did want to say that you're perspective for this topic is on the nose. we always try to stay in situations that make us comfortable for way too long. I am happy to know that you were able to recognize that and move accordingly. people say the first step is the hardest but I believe every step has to be taken like it is the first or we will eventually stagnate.No replies to this thread yet
