The Karens are big mad ! Eu amo!
Im updating my review because the show has improved a lot ! Now I get the true crime aspect and all the white tears in the reviews that are purposely giving the show a low rating are just hilarious ! You two ladies are a gem but whatever happened with the rest of the story of the kid pretending to be a doctor ? I read his story on lipstick alley years ago but still . Keep up the great work and keep upsetting these Karens

Extreme bias
Scamfluencers tells good story’s with bad script writing and extreme left wing bias. The constant question asking between the two of them as if they don’t both know the story is cringe and tough to listen to, at times it’s almost constant one after the other. I understand they everyone has a bias but they way these episodes are written to include that bias so throughly it’s a consent inclusion in everything they say, for example a host “that wears a hijab” is dismissive of the idea of religion, mentioning that a subject is running for office and is prochoice and that it’s “unfortunate” It’s awkward and unnecessary to tell a good story.

Needs a different host
Stories, research and writing are okay, but lose the idiotic chick hosts. Contrived and unfunny banter is in direct contrast to the seriousness of the story. Who okayed that format?! Which producer sat back and listened to this and said “great! Tweens at a sleepover are sooo compelling! Let’s have them host a podcast about scams!”

Aweful
Sounds scripted and forced. Very unnatural. I couldn’t even get past the first five minutes.

Fun and fascinating
Recently discovered this show and have really been enjoying it. The stories they select are captivating and the hosts are great! People seem hard on them in other reviews but I enjoy the structure of two friends conversing with each other. I’m always looking forward to the next episode.

Hypocrisy , poor advertising
I was blown away by the hypocrisy of the advertising for this podcast. This podcast focuses on a scam artist in the health care industry who deceived innocent people into believing that real, honest medicine is not necessary. And then the podcast hosts go on to promote Athletic Greens as a healthy alternative “if you hate taking pills and vitamins… No need for a million different pills and supplements to look out for your health.” Just take Athletic Greens and don’t bother trusting the real medical experts! So I guess people should trust people like Malachi Love-Robinson to give medical advice. What a shame!! - DTG, Certified Physician Assistant (with real medical training)

Not enough storyline too much banter
Stories are good but they don’t provide enough depth and background. I would have loved more detail. The banter detracts.

Noice
Not only is the content of the podcast super interesting, but I love the dynamic between Scaachi and Sarah. Their wit and sarcasm work so well together, and I have definitely almost spit out my drink after hearing a couple of their one liners. I look forward to each new episode - thank you for the great show, ladies!

Are the people doing reviews high
The people writing the reviews for the podcast complaining sound like right wing loonies that are snowflakes. Either that or they are buddies with the scammer covered.

SO good!
I absolutely LOVE this podcast! I look forward to each episode, and can’t wait for them to come out. It’s so well done. The stories are crazy, and the way they tell them is super funny. I love it!

Fake - annoying convos
Just tell the story. The scripted, juvenile, fake conversations between the two female hosts is so completely distracting. Use just one host, and it doesn’t matter which one, because they’re both just reading from a script… And make the podcast more serious versus this stupid scripted banter

Love the podcast!
I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I personally love the podcast. I love hearing stories about scammers especially when they get caught up. The hosts does a wonderful job at telling the stories. Even if it’s “scripted” I still enjoy listening to these two ladies talk. Keep up the good work.

I am in love with this podcast! The hosts are fun and lighthearted. They tell great scam stories that are interesting but not heavy. Love the banter between the hosts, too. This podcast is wonderful!

great idea, not so great execution
such a good idea & theme for a podcast series, just can’t stand the lengthy back & forth, it’s so freakin annoying & distracting. could barely get through the first 10 min of the first episode because they just kept talking to each other & not telling the story ): hopefully the hosts will get more polished with time

Good stories with a dash of passive aggressive racism
I do like the stories they tell.. but anytime they can throw in a passive aggressive racist comment about white people, they take full advantage.. leftism is a disease
