Great stuff!

Seems like I’m late to the party, but the content in these podcast episodes is great! I have also followed them to their new show and I look forward to having so many great episodes available.

Very Personable and Informative

I really enjoy listening the conversations between Leary and Armin. They sound real and like the both really care about the messages they are sharing. Small nuggets of simple information that we forget too easily. Thank you for you caring and thoughtfulness. I look forward to more great podcasts.

Shame

Episode 48 had me shedding tears of release. Not only had I been putting up bricks for several years but since I portrayed myself so negatively I have projected to others that I am worthless. Growing up I was told I would never amount to anything. Nothing I ever did was good enough. Physical, emotional and sexual abuse occurred in my childhood with others witnessing and no one stood up for me. No one tried to stop it. The one time I confided in a trusted adult about the sexual abuse I was called a liar and told I would be kicked out of the house if I mentioned it again. I was 11. Since then I have thought of myself as a black sheep and doormat and so that is how others treat me. Then I get upset because my family treat me like I have no worth. What a vicious cycle! Thanks for making me shame aware so I can walk out of my prison and be free.

Linear Thinking-Episode 29

The podcast on Linear Thinking rocked my world! As an HR Professional I am passionate about coaching individuals in discovering their strengths and then putting those strengths into action professionally and personably. I work with many individuals who "get stuck" in the action component because of desiring to follow concrete steps (Step 1, then into Step 2, then into Step 3). But it's not just the people I coach but also myself who gets stuck in this pattern and this podcast put words to those feelings! Thank you!

Very insightful and helpful for those who are building a business or find them selves needing to make the jump from corporate life to more independence. The podcast on personal branding and dealing with resistance were outstanding! Thanks for the dose of encouragement and inspiration Leary and Armin!

Excellent podcast

I know Armin from his ministry days. So when I found out he was doing a podcast development I immediately subscribed. This focus episode probably has been my favorite so far. I've chosen the word focus for my word of the year and this episode is a great addition to development tool belt. Anybody who cares about becoming a better version of themselves should immediately subscribe to this podcast! Keep up the good work guys.
