Thank you💜

Recently started listening to this podcast and I really found inner peace seeing that I am not alone. I can totally relate and enjoy seeing the things I experience but can not describe being put into words. Thank you girls for our girl talks I am beginning to look forward to them. 😊

Interesting conversation to help foster thought

This podcast is a comforting conversation between friends talking about their experience of living with PTSD. From their conversations, listeners can relate to situations, emotions, and behavior. It helps me (recovering from trauma and cptsd) recognize there are other folks getting through tough times daily. The juxtaposition between the two hosts helps check your judgement too since their perspectives are so personalized and thankfully, the hosts are very honest and authentic. Thank you both for sharing your stories and thoughts. I know we’re not alone now and I love listening to your episodes - thank you for keeping it up and for striving to be better versions of yourselves. Love, peace and happiness to y’all.

Turn it back to the audience

This podcast is so boring - it’s two women talking to each other but without turning it back to the audience. What am I, the listener, supposed to gain from your conversation?Tried listening to the episode on communication and really expected better tips about how to communicate to my partner when I’m struggling with PTSD or shutting down due to triggers.Instead it’s just them using this episode as a sort of personal therapy. Like public speaking, the microphone isn’t therapy. Don’t use the audience. You’re supposed to provide content.-1 stars honestly. You’re better off just chatting with a girlfriend.

PTSD/Cumulative Stress

I’m opening a center for First Responders! We need to completely support our First Responders, the communities wouldn’t survive without them! Very dear to my heart

Thank you

I found this site 2 yrs after diagnosis for PTSD (non-military created) and trying to catchup with you all. I have learned so much from this and love to get triggered 😁Episode 30 with Ron, part 2, you all talk about keep trying new things and be okay to try new things is so so so important and loved you conversation in it. However what to add one thing — if you try something and it doesn’t work, yes go onto new things but keep this idea in a notebook and go back and try later when you might be ready for it. You just may not have been for it yet and now are. Flooding did not work at all 3 yrs ago but just this last month I have had incredible outcomes from it!!! Recycle / retry 🙏

Real Talk!

As a recent survivor of trauma, I’ve been looking for months on a podcast that helped me with the “real life” side of PTSD and not just the stats and symptoms. I stumbled upon this podcast on my search...at which point I happily stopped looking. Crystal & Heather are real and relatable, and their out-loud processing of their PTSD is making me feel substantially less alone in my own trauma. I am so glad I found this podcast so close to its beginning, because I’m excited to grow alongside the podcast. I could listen to these ladies for hours! Thank you, for starting this podcast- I think a beautiful community will be built up around you!! Thank you!!
