Helpful and real.

I really enjoyed Zak and Shira’s podcast. I feel like it at some points it did make me concerned, and and feel like maybe actually I don’t want kids, but I also feel it’s important to explore everything in your brain. At the end of the day it was really helpful listening to other people feel the same thing that myself and my husband are going through, and it’s exciting to know that it all worked out in the end.

All the Feels

Zak & Shira made me laugh, cry, consider, and find more gratitude for the journey. Their authenticity was tangible and made their experience that much more inspiring. Thank you for sharing this story, your lives, the rawness of marriage, and yourselves with all of us. I am better for having listened to this podcast! - Casey A.

Exactly what I needed to hear

I've only listen to the first two podcasts, but this is exactly what I needed to hear at this time in my life. I needed to hear from other people (not my friends, family, or GYN physician) that it's OK to to have these questions and concerns about taking on the next step in life.

Great Podcast From Even Greater People

I'll admit right away that Zak and Shira are my friends. So of course I gave it a listen. But lots of my friends have podcasts and this is the only one where I've actually listened to every episode. And I listened to all of them because this podcast is well-produced, well-thought out and, well... extremely honest and vulnerable. It was informative and entertaining and that's all I need from my podcasts. I suggest anyone do like I did and spend part of a free day binging on these episodes. Having a baby or not is a hard decision to make but checking this series out is an easy one.

Touching and Daring

I started listening to this to get a glimpse into another couple's struggle with the "to procreate or not to procreate?" question that so many couples seem to be wrestling with. After the first podcast I was disappointed because it seemed like their decision was actually already made. But I kept listening because I wanted to hear their insights -- and there was still a slight twinge of mystery. What kept me listening was the rawness and honesty of their interactions with each other. Kudos to you two on a strong relationship and best of luck whatever your future brings!

Human Experience

The hosts bring such a raw human experience to their show. Their openness about their life and they way they think is thought provoking. Definitely worth listening.

great Story!

Zak and Shira are such a relatable couple and you can't help but become instantly attached to their story. Worth a listen and episodes fly by. The topic is one of hot debate between my husband and I so it comes at the perfect time. Funny and serious all at the same time. Now we need more episodes!!!

Interesting for other parents to be

I'm in a similar life place to Zac and Shira, young and married and considering when would be a good time to become a parent. I think they're very thoughtful and smart couple. I do wish that they would have continued talking to other folks as the episodes progress, but it has been really interesting to hear their journey progress. Really excited to hear more!
