Great content, disruptive interviewer

I enjoy the guests on this podcast, but the interviewer needs some improvement on his conversational skills. I find his constant interrupting and overtalking distracting from the wisdom I'm trying to absorb from the people he's interviewing. Just because he's intrigued by what the guest is saying doesn't make it okay to frequently interrupt, overtalk or give constant "mhmm's" and "uh huh's" that seem like he is desperate to jump in and cut the person's dialogue off at the first available moment. He just needs to relax in the conversations and the podcast will be much more enjoyable.
