This mans failure to rightly divide ( 2 Tim 2:15) causes much unneeded confusion and bondage. He doesn’t see that the Sabbath is a sign revealed to Moses for the Jews, NOT THE CHURCH (Neh. 9:14; Ezek. 20:20–21). In Romans 13:9 KJV Paul is very careful to omit it, thus showing that it is no longer in effect for a Christian. In fact, nowhere in any of Paul’s epistles does he ever command anyone in the Body of Christ to observe the Sabbath, although he does apply all the other nine commandments to the Christian. Also Bro. Hall has no final authority. The new versions have blinded his left eye and Calvinism has blinded his right eye leaving him stumbling around in falsehood constantly. He doesn’t see that the Lords day isn’t Sunday but “The day of the Lord” is always a reference to the Advent of Jesus Christ, the Second Coming. He admits being stubborn which is witchcraft ( 1 Sam 15:23KJV). Anytime I want to catch up on my false doctrines I will tune in.

Interesting detailed topics cheap delivery.

The host is knowledgeable on the topics that he covers. Often entertaining always informative. I have been listening to this show for a while after recent events in my life led me here. The audio quality is sub-par and often distracting. I’m not a paid subscriber so I can’t comment on the quality of the subscriber only shows. Just thought I’d leave a comment offering an area that could make this podcast world class. The host does riff a lot on the topics he covers but is always detailed and clear. The clips the host plays on his show often distract because the quality of the other shows often demonstrate a clear difference in presentAtion and professionalism.

Full of himself

As others have said, JD speaks truths but he talks as if pastors should be barbarians. When he talks about women in ministry he is very condescending in his tone, kinda like women are beneath him. He is not Christ like in his delivery or attitude. He talks as if he is looking down at everyone. One time he rambled on for three minutes about everything he had done like he’s the end-all-be-all of pastors.

Invaluable tool to know what wolves are coming in the sheep pen

I can’t say enough of how valuable this ministry is!!! Keeping me informed on all that’s going on in the church and the world around us. JD is not afraid to call out truth, even if it’s about mainline pastors or ministries. I have yet to hear anything he’s reported that wasn’t truth.

Immature and prideful

JD Hall has said many true things, all of which have been said better by others. Rightful rebukes are freely interspersed with personal attacks.

Wow! This guy has an ego!

I tried to listen to an episode, but JD Hall spent the first 10 minutes of the episode complaining because the SBC called him “faceless.” Apparently he wasn’t getting enough credit. So much for not boasting. Then he started making fun of homosexuals. Seems like a fun guy to be around.

True and timely

This is a fantastic podcast and one I consider to be a gift to the bride of Christ. A very informative podcast that helps Christians to think rightly about what is being promoted within the realm of evangelicalism today. A+

Great podcast

Love the podcast. It truly helps me become more discerning. The only thing I can’t figure out is why the podcasts don’t always update on my iPhone. Pulpit and pen will show a new podcast has been produced, but it may not ever show up on my iPhone podcast app.
