Great Show for Fans

Listened to this show since season 2, and have enjoyed the enthusiasm, theories, and guest stars from POI. Excited for one last season of reviews.

These guys love Person Of Interest more than me, and I've seen every episode at least once. I'd tell you why I love the TV show and podcast, but I wouldn't want to end up on some watch list!

Becoming Irrelevivent

Late to the party. Self-indulgent. The other guys are doing a much better job. Is this reflecting a downward spiral of a series that has become too complex for even the fan-boys?

Wish they'd just talk about the show

There aren't that many POI podcasts and this one is probably the best of thin pickings. As another reviewer posted, the podcast is like 30% episode talk and 70% beating-a-dead-horse theory. I wouldn't even mind the theory talk if they'd just put it in context of talking about the night's episode. They may start on a scene, then they jump to 10 minutes about some theory, then they go to a completely different segment for 20 minutes ("News from the machine"), then a rehash of one of their theories, then the podcast is over. Podcast is not unlistennable, but I'd unsubscribe in a heartbeat if another podcast came along that better integrated "This is what happened tonight on POI" with "This is what we think about that episode". Unfortunately, for my listening preference, Podcast of Interest is way to heavy on "This is what we think about this show in general, technology and our theories on how those two things merge".

5 stars

By far, unquestionable the best podcast for Person of Interest ever! Dave and Joe are intelligent, funny (laugh out loud funny!) thoroughly entertaining. It is satisfying to listen to people who enjoy the show as much as I do. Thanks guys!

Left them for another podcast

I listened to them faithfully last season. My eyes glazed over and I tuned out whenever they spouted their conspiracy theories. But for whatever reason, they are spreading on the doomsday prepper talk way too thickly this season. I got so sick of them, that I happily found another podcast for POI. This other podcasts' hosts keep the crazy theories to themselves. Also, there was this weird "segment" from the first season. After all of the regular podcasts posted, there was this additional commercial?/spam? that downloaded. I deleted it. Didn't want to deal with it again. Finally, the sound is very muffled. Which is just as well, since it apparently doesn't muffle enough of the crazy talk. Maybe I'll find them on the news when the men in black drag them away. The gubmint may be listening to them, but I won't.

Best Podcast Ever

I LOVE this podcast, I'm learning things that I didn't even think to look for. Was an avid Lost viewer and starting to discover other JJ Abrams work outside of these two shows. I have to constantly go back and re-watch the eps to see the stuff that's been discovered for myself. So well informed and I like how they have multiple viewpoints available and are open to things they didn't notice and admitting that. This podcast only helps to enhance my experience with the show and I will continue to subscribe to it while the show is on the air. Keep up the amazing work!
