Shipley

Really great interview with Will Shipley. Really hope ND is the choice. Thanks for the content.

Disappointing

How can you interview Brady Quinn about Tommy Rees and NOT ask how Rees could get the OC position in light of Book’s objective regression as a QB in 2019 UNDER REES’S coaching????

3 of 4 are Good

Tyler, Eric, and Carter are good, 5 stars, Tom Noie in my humble opinion is awful, 1 Star. When he does the podcasts I don’t listen. I wait for the Eric and Tyler edition. I simply don’t like Tom’s style. Not a bad reporter and he certainly is objective...just don’t like his style...his sense of humor annoys me and well, his overall personality is grating. Other than that I’m sure he’s a great guy and a good dancer.

Hansen is an extension of ND PR

Hansen disappointingly toes the party line for ND sports, coaches, admin. Think he’s capable but ultimately is a Swarbrick/Kelly lackey.

4 could be 5

Big fan of what Eric and Tyler do. But the guys who do the extra point podcast need to stick to writing.

Traits of Excellence

A consistent format that flat out works: guest, picks (#HAILGBLOR), and questions from fans. They aren’t afraid to tackle hard hitting questions like corn vs flour tortillas either. Jokes aside, this is a quality pod from the ND beat. A must have in the podcast rotation.

One of the best

This is one of the best Notre Dame podcasts out there today. It’s this podcast and Irish Illustrated. The level of insight is great. The perspectives and references, both current and historical, make it a worthwhile listen. There isn’t an “analyst” (ie hasbeen/neverwas ex coach or player) position on the podcast, which is great. Thankfully no Bryan from B&G types on here. The guests and interviews are always top notch. They ask some really insightful questions. One of those podcasts that doesn’t need to be improved upon and it’s a great listen during the season.
