The job of parenting asks us to accept and honor a commitment to develop the best in our children, the best in our families and the best in ourselves. It is based on 10 Priorities, found on biggestjob.com, designed to help us with our personal growth by offering a framework to guide our efforts as parents. We find that focusing on ourselves will often start a ripple effect that inspires those around us to do the same. Our kids are never too old, nor too young, for us to become exceptional parents.

Parental advice for those who can afford it

It saddens me deeply that the resources discussed here Are constantly referencing an expensive program for the wealthy parent. The interviews are a non-stop advertisement for what seems to be a wonderful program, if you can afford it. Here’s my question: if this program is truly innovative and , )and i have little doubt that it is), where is the part where you more helpfully and clearly share the resources in the podcast for the listener to make a better society, rather than espouse them so the struggling listening parents can do little more than press our noses up to the stained glass windows of your hallowed halls? This isn’t a well named podcast. Please change it to “A tantalizing and patronizing Info-Mercial for the elite parent”.

Frustrating

Does the host have to file her nails during a podcast? Super annoying and distracting.
