Daily diary glimpse on reading the book & practicing nvc

This is a quick snapshot diary of what it’s like to attempt application of and reflect on some nvc principles in daily activities. Authentic succinct thoughtful digestible pieces. Although I may have been hoping for something a little grittier (more jackaly with giraffe interpretation) and maybe more dyadic, anyone who posted negative reviews here probably has never read the book or practiced nvc with others. This is a nice intro to a few ideas for someone getting their feet wet. Thanks for putting yourself out there.

Not helpfull

I agree with "pathetic" two or three posts below...Everything this woman talks about is about dealing with her children, and complaining about her day to day life. For those of us that don't have kids or are single etc, this is no help whatsoever.I find no useful information within this podcast.

Thanks

Thanks for sharing your insights and application of the concepts in the book. I found this podcast to be a helpful complement to NVC resources especially b/c I feel too busy to read the book myself.

Nice way to refresh my NVC skills

I enjoy listening to this podcast. Liz's voice is pleasant and puts me in a relaxed frame of mind. Great for learning/ relearning NVC.I like her examples and how she repeats things so I can try and fix them in my mind.
