Therapy in itself

I suffer from social agoraphobia and hearing other people’s struggles with mental health make me feel less alone and gives me hope. Love the work you are doing. Thank you!

Matt Haig episode

I listened to this podcast as I have recently read Haig's 'notes on a nervous planet' which I thoroughally enjoyed. Like the book, I liked the podcast - but I was really upset to hear the host say 'I which I could binge eat'. That was an ignorant and offensive comment to make. Those who suffer with Binge Eating disorder would find this incredibly upsetting

Excellent

Just listened to the episode with Rich Innes. Really enjoyed listening to him, I appreciated his frankness and eloquence as well as the skill of the light touch of the interviewer.

Very insightful

Hearing first hand accounts of daily struggles with mental health is extremely important for breaking the stigma around our mental wellbeing. I’ve found the podcast really helpful so far in representing different people from different areas of life, and helping the listeners understand the experiences of each of the guests. I’m excited for future episodes!
