The Pure Bag design!

Loved hearing about the inventor for The Pure Bag. What a great story. All the questions you asked were so helpful to understand “the why and the how“ this product was born. We had a friend that got seriously ill with something similar to the illness that Lori’s got. My friend’s illness came from gym mats I his Jujitsu class. And we found out later it happened a lot!! Sure wish that Bag was invented a few years ago. We will definitely be looking to buy one.

Very Accurate podcast

I’ve gotten that screw this energy before multiple of times, but then you just gotta tell yourself you CANT give up and live by that. I have so many stories as well about not giving up on those crappy situations where everything isn’t going your way and feeling like you’re defeated and stuck. I agree that anger can also help in certain circumstances but not in the evil way but the drive/ambitious way to keep fighting for what you want.

Episode 77

Great segment with Coach Kav. Loved the questions Christopher asked to help gain better insight into how Coach Kav approaches his life and it’s hard moments. Coach Kav’s recovery from breaking his back is a story others can follow to learn from hardship and find personal success. Also enjoyed the encouragement to enjoy and attack the opportunities right in front of you instead of worrying about the future. This is a must listen.

Never Quit Justin Kav

What opened my eyes was when Coach Kav said that if you limit your "toughness" to just the physical aspect of the adjective it makes you soft rather than tough. I myself struggle with putting a front or image of being "tough" to other people but with this podcast I realize that fall short because I am not hitting all the other factors, such as being mentally perseverent.
