Best Podcast Ever!

I love this podcast because it always offers another topic but also another perspective on the human body, our world we live in, and how the two affect one another. As a bodybuilder myself and personal trainer, I’m always seeking more knowledge and this is my favorite place to go to listen to some real, factual, valid knowledge and educate myself and go above and beyond what most trainers do for their knowledge base. Excellent podcast with numerous 🧠💣! First time introduced to an organic acids test. Dr. Doyle explained it magnificently when he paraphrased ”Are you good at managing stress or are you good at pretending you manage stress well?”. Great reminder to snatch low hanging fruit and look at the whole picture when supplementing for optimal health. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The valuable resource for optimizing all aspects of your life on the internet.

I’ll keep it short, because I could write a literal book on the wealth of information I have learned from Ben and his guests. The most valuable thing I have adopted over the last few years of listening is not the specifics of what is said (although that has been personally transformative as well,) but the overall outlook on life and myself. The lens which Ben views how we can change ourselves and the world around us is the master key to all of the locks we are presented with. I’m eternally grateful.

Great interview w/ Dr. Berry on Keto, salt, and medical myths. Ben does a great job of letting those he is interviewing speak and asks great insightful questions. Dr. Berry helped w/ my Keto journey on youtube, lost 20lbs, Triglycerides dropped 160s to 39! Ben is one of the most insightful and passionate people I listen to on health and well being.

Blown away!

Only knowing of Ben from body building I was completely blown away after listening to the Podcast. The range of topics from the esoteric to the purely scientific. All articulated in a way that is easily digestible, and gives you practical tips to work into everyday life. This Podcast has inspired me to push myself to be a better person. The episodes with Ashley the muscle maven have been the best! The two make a great pair. She is great with the Q and A and offers a lot of great advice as well. Easily one of my favorites and cannot recommend more.

My favorite fitness and health podcast

The Muscle Intelligence Podcast is my favorite health and fitness podcast. I especially look forward to the Q&As with Ashleigh each Monday to start my week off on a thoughtful and positive note. Each week, I learn something new and different, and have a great topic for discussion around the dinner table with my family. I started listening to the podcast to learn more about muscle building but have really enjoyed learning more about the world of mental and life optimization. Keep the information coming!
