This is what I needed!
I'm recovering from an eating disorder, and struggle with negative thoughts and energy from all the crap I'm drudging through. I have just started with meditation as a way to calm all of that down so I can focus on other things, like my job. These meditations are nice and short and help me re-focus so I can "snap" out of my head when I need to. I can fit them into my day as needed without too much of a work disruption. Thank you for doing these, keep them coming!
